If it’s not shallow water it’s not necessary to have a helmet.

when bow stalling try and make a tri pod so as u get vertical ur arms go away from the boat to make it more stable
keep ur body in the center of the boat when cartwheeling don’t rock forwards and bk wards it will be alot easyer
